About us:

Sterisol AB is a leading player in the manufacturing of skincare products for the healthcare and industrial sectors. We are an innovative and sustainable company with a strong forward-looking spirit. As an operator with us, you will become an important part of our production, where quality and efficiency are in focus. We currently have 40 employees, and all manufacturing takes place locally in Vadstena.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with the manufacturing and mixing of our products
• Daily handling of raw materials and input materials
• Ensure that production meets our quality requirements and safety regulations
• Participate in continuous improvements of production processes, with a focus on Lean work
• Collaborate closely with the production team and other departments to optimize production

We are looking for you who:

• Are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong focus on quality and safety
• Have experience as an operator, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Are technically interested and have a good understanding of machines and production equipment
• Are flexible and have the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are inspired by working at a high pace
• Hold a forklift license (truckkort)
• Experience with shift work is an advantage
• Good computer skills and experience working in business systems are an advantage
